Where a consultation is missed, late, or rescheduled, Glad Study Consult may apply reasonable scheduling limits based on staff availability and the stage of the client process.

4. Payments, Fees, and Refunds

Service fees, consultation fees, partner charges, third-party fees, and government fees may apply depending on the service requested.

Fees paid to third parties, including institutions, testing providers, travel suppliers, courier providers, or government agencies, are governed by the policies of those providers and may not be refundable through Glad Study Consult.

Refund requests for Glad Study Consult service fees are reviewed according to the nature of the service, work already completed, and any written agreement issued to the client.

5. No Guarantee of Outcome

Glad Study Consult provides professional guidance and administrative support but does not guarantee admission, scholarships, visa approval, travel approval, employment, or any decision made by an external authority.

Final decisions rest with universities, colleges, embassies, consulates, immigration bodies, government agencies, airlines, and other third-party providers.

6. Documents and Information Submitted

Clients must ensure that all documents submitted are genuine and lawfully obtained. Glad Study Consult reserves the right to discontinue service if fraudulent, altered, misleading, or suspicious documents are provided.

We may request additional documents or clarifications at any stage where required to support a client's application or consultation.

We may contact clients through phone, email, WhatsApp, SMS, website forms, or other agreed communication channels.

Clients are responsible for monitoring messages and responding within reasonable timelines, especially where deadlines apply.

8. Third-Party Services

Some services may involve third-party institutions, payment providers, assessment bodies, travel providers, courier services, or external platforms.

Glad Study Consult is not responsible for delays, errors, denials, policy changes, price changes, system outages, or decisions made by third-party providers.
