Our Story
Glad Study Consult was founded on May 19, 2023, by Utibeabasi Raph Toby , who began her career in international education and study abroad counselling in October 2022.
Having experienced firsthand how complex the process of studying and travelling abroad can be, our founder created Glad Study Consult with a vision to provide students and travellers with the professional guidance, clarity and support they need throughout their journey.
Since then, Glad Study Consult has grown into a client-focused international education and visa consultancy.
We have counselled 500+ students and successfully supported 80+ students in progressing to their international education journeys across multiple destinations.
Our approach is built on professionalism, integrity, transparency, attention to detail and personalised guidance.

Utibeabasi is the Founder and Lead Consultant at Glad Study Consult, with experience in international education, admissions, visa processing and client advisory. As a British-certified UK education counsellor, she guides students from university selection through admission, visa preparation and pre-departure support.
Business & Strategy Director
Joshua provides the strategic and operational direction behind Glad Study Consult, overseeing business strategy, growth, operations and development. He also shapes the company’s digital presence and brand positioning, helping build a professional client experience while supporting the company’s long-term vision.
